Commonwealth Golf Club actively supports women in golf through its affiliation with Golf Australia’s initiatives, dedicated programs like the Women’s Pathway Program, and a supportive club structure that includes a Women’s Development Coordinator. The club also has specific playing arrangements and hosts events to encourage female participation in the sport.
Our Women’s Pathway Program supports women who are new to golf and are looking to join as a member of our Club.
Our two-stage program consists of Step into Golf from February to June each year, and Commonwealth Connect from July through to the following June.
The program provides structured coaching, course access, mentorship, and a welcoming community to help participants develop their skills while enjoying club facilities at designated times.
Expressions of interest for next years’ program have now closed and will reopen for the 2027 intake in November 2026.
